I would expect it has been fixed at some point since 2016.

I had a chance to test this, and was unable to reproduce it either. I’ll close
this bug.

[konsole] [Bug 343938] Konsole handles dead keys and Compose incorrectly

2020-11-05 Thread Chris Warrick
https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=343938

I’m afraid I don’t have a box to test this. This bug was reported 5 years ago,
and other people had it last in 2018. If you cannot reproduce this with a
recent version yourself (enable a Compose key in Keyboard settings
<https://userbase.kde.org/Tutorials/ComposeKey>, and make sure you’re on Xorg),
it might have been fixed already.

[ktorrent] [Bug 321231] KTorrent Plasmoid displays incorrect progress information

2018-11-10 Thread Chris Warrick
https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=321231

I haven’t been using KDE for years. You’ll need to do the (very simple) test to
reproduce yourself if you care about software quality.

That said, looking at the CMakeLists.txt, file, the plasmoid seems to be
disabled: https://cgit.kde.org/ktorrent.git/tree/CMakeLists.txt

call i18n related functions before your main component was created. You should
not do that since it most likely will not work

[plasmashell] [Bug 360936] New: Flexible spacer does not resize

2016-03-24 Thread Chris Warrick via KDE Bugzilla
https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=360936

Bug ID: 360936
Summary: Flexible spacer does not resize
   Product: plasmashell
   Version: 5.6.0
  Platform: Archlinux Packages
OS: Linux
Status: UNCONFIRMED
  Severity: normal
  Priority: NOR
 Component: Panel
  Assignee: plasma-b...@kde.org
  Reporter: kwpol...@gmail.com

The “flexible” panel spacer has a static size. The “flexible size” has no
effect.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Add a “flexible” spacer
2. Add a new widget (or get a new tray icon)
3. See things disappearing because the spacer didn’t resize
