[konsole] [Bug 418021] New: Not a bug but a wish: Start split view with current folder as in origin view

Bug ID: 418021
Summary: Not a bug but a wish: Start split view with current
folder as in origin view
   Product: konsole
   Version: unspecified
  Platform: Ubuntu Packages
OS: Linux
Status: REPORTED
  Severity: minor
  Priority: NOR
 Component: split-view
  Assignee: konsole-de...@kde.org
  Reporter: dyl...@gmail.com
  Target Milestone: ---

- For the record: KDE Plasma 5.18.1 -

I simply **love** the split view feature of Konsole und use it and a regular
basis several times per day per hour.

What annoys me slightly though is, that while splitting the view top-down the
folder of the origin view prevails, splitting left-right the folder resets to
$HOME though.

tl;dr:

- cd ~/a/b/c
- split down
- pwd == ~/a/b/c   # in new view

- split right
- pwd == $HOME # in new view ... =(

Could you please set CWD for the new view regardless of left-right and
top-down?

Many much thx in advance.

[Akonadi] [Bug 385685] New: Akonadi/KMail does not mark emails on Gmail as read nor does it delete them

2017-10-12 Thread DI Oliver Maurhart
https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=385685

Bug ID: 385685
Summary: Akonadi/KMail does not mark emails on Gmail as read
nor does it delete them
   Product: Akonadi
   Version: 5.4.3
  Platform: Ubuntu Packages
OS: Linux
Status: UNCONFIRMED
  Severity: normal
  Priority: NOR
 Component: Gmail resource
  Assignee: dvra...@kde.org
  Reporter: dyl...@gmail.com
CC: kdepim-b...@kde.org
  Target Milestone: ---

When working with Akonadi/Kmail I can receive emails as normal. However, when I
read emails and delete them, they pop up some seconds later again, unread.
Looking on the gmail web frontend I see them unread and undeleted.

This is an annoying bug.
