I have been able to reproduce this issue. Problem occurs when connecting to a
Windows 10 workstation that has set locally for 4k scaled to 200%. When
remotely connecting using a recent version of KRDC (22.08.3) at any resolution
the graphic icons and text are very small.

Ah, now I see. The Miscellaneous Settings --> System has two settings that now
have to be enabled, i.e., Use high DPI scaling from the screen factor and Use
pixmaps with high DPI resolution.

After restarting, the DPI scaling works as expected.

[neon] [Bug 426233] qt 5.15 upgrade breaks sddm and desktop access

2020-09-07 Thread David R. Bergstein

I was an early adopter during trial upgrades to focal. Hence it appears you
are correct, as my neon.list file contains the following:

deb http://archive.neon.kde.org/release/ focal main
deb-src http://archive.neon.kde.org/release/ focal main

Should I change "release" to "user" in this file?
