If a html message contains an anchor with target="_blank", clicking such link
does not do anything. Links without target work fine

Reproducible: Always

My setup: laptop + external monitor. Primary display is the external monitor.

In 9 system startups out of 10 krunner is not centred (displayed on the left
half of the primary display). Restarting krunner helps.
