Yes I am.  In the report I added the info section it told me to send in a
bug report. I was using 64 bit 4.0.3. Even uninstalling and reinstalling
didn't fix the issue

while drawing, i had deleted the color palettes in order to make new ones.
however after i did, Krita crashed and now whenever i try to open a document of
any kind, krita will crash. when i open krita and do not open a document it
works fine, but if i open any canvas it will crash.
