Something that I noted is the Spectacle (screenshot utility) is showing the cursor even if the option is not enabled. The problem is when I try to use it the screen cursor don't follow the tablet cursor. In the past when I used the tablet the moment when the tip was near the tablet its got the screen cursor now it don't. The cursor icon changes when I change the tools (change color, change size) but its stuck here mouse cursor is. STEPS TO REPRODUCE 1. Plugin the Tablet 2.
