[kio] [Bug 364708] New: kioexec error on sftp

2016-06-24 Thread Fred Wells via KDE Bugzilla
https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=364708

Bug ID: 364708
   Summary: kioexec error on sftp
   Product: kio
   Version: unspecified
  Platform: Fedora RPMs
OS: Linux
Status: UNCONFIRMED
  Severity: normal
  Priority: NOR
 Component: sftp
  Assignee: a...@cryptomilk.org
  Reporter: fred_we...@charter.net

Get the following error when trying to connect to sftp site...
sftp://@:// is a folder, but a file was expected.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Create desktop "Link to location"
2. Click on link
3. Receive error

Actual Results:
Get the following error when trying to connect to sftp site...
sftp://@:// is a folder, but a file was expected.

Expected Results:
Connect to site without error.

Exact same URL works fine from command-line, dolphin.

It seems this may be a regression, since I seem to recall this exact error
occurring in the past and being fixed. Although, I don't recall the history.
