My computer is an hp af116la, processor AMD Quado Core A8-7410 APU, touchpad ETPS/2 Elantech I recently tried dolphin 5.x in Archlinux, Ubuntu 16.04 and Opensuse leap 42.1. Touchpad scroll works correct in other apps (firefox, google chrome, gwenview, kate, konsole...) except in Dolphin. I hope it'll get fixed.
