[kmail2] [Bug 414172] After input of requested key - message of wallet-problem
https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=414172 --- Comment #9 from Harold Becker --- 1. It is still reproducible in latest version (now openSUSE Leap 15.2 and KMail 5.14.2). 2) I hesitate to undermine openSUSE versioning. Newest system information: openSUSE Leap 15.2 KDE-Plasma-Version: 5.18.5 KDE-Frameworks-Version: 5.71.0 QT-Version: 5.12.7 Kernel-Version: 5.3.18-lp152.33-dafault Art des Betriebssystems: 64-bit KMail-Version: see above Where is wallet written? Might it be an access problem (access rights)? -- You are receiving this mail because: You are watching all bug changes.
[kmail2] [Bug 418777] On forwarding personal templates (signature) are not used
https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=418777 --- Comment #6 from Harold Becker --- Thank you for your information about response times. As recent messages of bugs where processed quite soon, I was not aware of this possible delay of weeks or months. Thank you for doing all this on a voluntary basis (so it is comprehensible that you are somewhat peeved by my comment)! It might be possible not to sent bug reports in future, due to the fact that a report might be unnecessary as a new version of the operating system (including add ons) is published before a bug is processed. Every found bug is a challenge to find a workaround (as support lasts). -- You are receiving this mail because: You are watching all bug changes.

https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=414171 --- Comment #7 from Harold Becker --- Hello, I verified it in the past. No actual change of this file when kmail is closed. No change, when clicking on 'OK' or 'Anwenden' (=apply) (please excuse the German word, but I am running my Linux with the locale Germany - same excuse for all these screencopies, I attached). That took place in every situation I changed the preferences (when I had to change the insufficient preferences*). Changes are used by kmail as long as it is running. Changes are forgotten, when kmail ist closed. *) I already know, which preferences are to be changed when kmail is started again (see P.S., why I am hesitating to edit this file, even though I know what is missing). Best Wishes Harold Becker P.S.: The only thing, that brought changes, was an active editing of this file. But I think, such an action is error-prone.
