Tried to reproduce this issue and xsession-errors log seem to give a hint:
QXcbClipboard::setMimeData: Cannot set X11 selection owner

This is really weird bug, but yeah, if I select text on PhpStorm terminal,
plasma hangs for about minute, only thing I can do is to alt+tab, everything
else is unresponsive.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Select text on PhpStorm terminal
2.
3.

Actual Results:  
Plasma hangs, can't click on panel or icons on desktop. If I close a window,
taskbar entry is not removed until it starts to be responsive again.

Expected Results:  
Does not hang when selecting text on terminal.

Two monitor setup. PhpStorm 2016.2.1
I have not tried yet other Intellij products or similar java IDE-s (i.e
eclipse).

Some selectboxes are behaving weird, they are missing shadows (as seen on
provided url) and if I click to open them, they don't want to stay open (they
open and close instantly). These issues are seen mostly on audio profile
selection and on desktop settings layout selection. Was a problem on earlier
release too.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open audio volume settings
2. Select Configuration tab
3. Try to change Profile

Actual Results:  
Selectbox closes instantly. After several clicks, it is displayed normally. If
I hold mouse button down, then it is possible to select an item. Shadow is
missing too.

Expected Results:  
It should act identically to other selectboxes on the system.
