Dear Jan:
I've check my connection and status with Nagios Core and told me that there's a
flap with my connection.  Then later, I've checked out my network and status
from network mannager and there were a problem with my Ip. As my notebook is
conected to my network via wifi I only tryed to delete my connection in the log
of network mannager and recognized again. All authomatic and problem fixed.

The information about the connection state is coming from NetworkManager over
DBus, which means that in your case it must be NetworkManager who is reponsible
for this problem. What kind of connection is that? Can you post here log from
NetworkManager?

network flaps all the time between connected and disconnected. I tryed to open
in yast the network manager  but the control panel didn't allow me to reach to
that network manager.
I'm using openSUSE tumbleweed with plasma  5.5
KDE Frameworks 5.18.0

Reproducible: Always
