https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=395711 Michael Freeman changed: What|Removed |Added CC||mich...@michaelzfreeman.org --- Comment #25 from Michael Freeman --- Is this expected behaviour or a bug then ? In my 4:21.12.3-0ubuntu1 kmail version the preview pane loads everything as expected. But why is opening a separate window (double clicking on an email) getting this separate behaviour ? -- You are receiving this mail because: You are watching all bug changes.
[plasmashell] [Bug 359653] it is not possible anymore to overlap widgets, instead they resize
https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=359653 Michael Freeman changed: What|Removed |Added CC||mich...@michaelzfreeman.org --- Comment #2 from Michael Freeman --- Can this be reopened ? It may be intentional design but I think it should be more flexible. I'm designing a widget that actually requires overlapping for it's function (see https://forum.kde.org/viewtopic.php?f=17=175149 ). The default behaviour probably makes sense (ie, the "intentional design"), that's fine. The logic that happens when I put a widget on top of another is really nice. The widget sort of "drops" to the side and becomes smaller. But it needs a toggle somewhere to toggle snapping to grid on/off and overlapping widgets on/off. -- You are receiving this mail because: You are watching all bug changes.
[plasmashell] [Bug 358418] Allow widgets to optionally not snap to a grid
https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=358418 Michael Freeman changed: What|Removed |Added CC||mich...@michaelzfreeman.org --- Comment #29 from Michael Freeman --- Have had this problem as well. Also possibly related to not being able to force overlap of widgets. Would love to develop for this. Can any experienced KDE devs point me in the right direction ? Cheers. -- You are receiving this mail because: You are watching all bug changes.
