[plasmashell] [Bug 353975] Black screen on second display.
https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=353975 --- Comment #86 from Nick Cross--- I occasionally see it on Fedora 24 if the screen locks itself and turns off. The laptop screen on a dual head docked display then doesn't come back to life. My workaround (until I get Plasma 5.8 :-) ) is, using the working monitor, resize the laptop display. That seems to kick it back to life and then I resize it back to normal. -- You are receiving this mail because: You are watching all bug changes.
[kdeconnect] [Bug 367930] SMS text message and Notifications conflict.
https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=367930 --- Comment #5 from Nick Cross--- I use the default app. The problem for me is not on the android side but in the desktop side. The notification on the desktop doesn't last for sufficient time and there is no way of getting it back. -- You are receiving this mail because: You are watching all bug changes.
[kdeconnect] [Bug 367930] SMS text message and Notifications conflict.
https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=367930 --- Comment #2 from Nick Cross--- I can confirm I can see something like this as well. Note I do *not* loose pairing with the phone but I can replicate the popup issue. Now but 368172 is fixed I was trying out the new features and sending a test message to myself I see the popup, which, if I'm *really* quick I can click the button on and then reply (which works fine!). I think there needs to be a better way of accessing this feature. -- You are receiving this mail because: You are watching all bug changes.

[plasmashell] [Bug 356461] Notification Settings wrong default display for notifications and notifaction position.
https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=356461 --- Comment #22 from Nick Cross--- *Interesting* - never knew that was there ;-) Ok I am at home not at work so this is testing in a single laptop configuration. Previously the popups would appear on the left hand side of the laptop screen rather than right. Custom selecting the right hand side does indeed make them appear in the correct place. Bizarrely deselecting custom location - they still now appear on the right hand side. -- You are receiving this mail because: You are watching all bug changes.
[plasmashell] [Bug 356461] Notification Settings wrong default display for notifications and notifaction position.
https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=356461 --- Comment #18 from Nick Cross--- @Martin Klapetek : I am seeing this on Fedora 23 , fully updated (although without this update which is still in testing : https://bodhi.fedoraproject.org/updates/FEDORA-2015-f0aa62dc50 ). I can easily reproduce it by calling "notify-send test" from the command line - the popup appears on the left, not the right. -- You are receiving this mail because: You are watching all bug changes.
[plasmashell] [Bug 311991] Taskbar buttons for minimized apps should not use disabled state
https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=311991 --- Comment #47 from Nick Cross--- Actually, my mistake - sorry; I see now, after taking another look, the information on whether a window is minimised or not has not been lost - there is a thin gray border surrounding non-minimised windows. -- You are receiving this mail because: You are watching all bug changes.

As with the 5.5.0 update I have not lost that information. -- You are receiving this mail because: You are watching all bug changes.
[kwin] [Bug 356160] New: xinput with remapped mouse button not working
https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=356160 Bug ID: 356160 Summary: xinput with remapped mouse button not working Product: kwin Version: 5.4.3 Platform: Fedora RPMs OS: Linux Status: UNCONFIRMED Severity: normal Priority: NOR Component: general Assignee: kwin-bugs-n...@kde.org Reporter: k...@goots.org Using Fedora 23, fully up to date with kernel 4.2.6-301.fc23.x86_64 and frameworks 15.08.1 I am having a problem with remapped mouse buttons. This was working until recently. I have a Logitech USB mouse which I run xinput --set-button-map 'Logitech USB Laser Mouse' 1 2 3 4 5 6 2 8 9 therebye setting the middle button 'right click' to emulate paste as well. However, while that works in e.g. Emacs, Thunderbird, in Konsole and KWrite there is no effect. The middle standard paste button works as per normal. xev reports exactly the same event for both mouse buttons : ButtonPress event, serial 40, synthetic NO, window 0x481, root 0x11e, subw 0x0, time 5992104, (55,91), root:(55,120), state 0x10, button 2, same_screen YES Its just the KDE apps seem no longer to detect it. Reproducible: Always -- You are receiving this mail because: You are watching all bug changes.
