Be low the list of untranslated items. Written french words designed the french
menus concern. Untranslated items are written in en.

adding a program in autostart do not lead to its launching at start.
Test on Thunderbird, Firefox, Dolphin...
Changing thunderbird %u to /usr/bin/thunderbird in the menu of kcm_autostart
solved the problem.

This bug occurs after updating from plasma 5.7.5 to 5.8
