Yes it is from the Kubuntu 17.04 after 17.10 in the preupgrade, sorry I had
forgotten with.

after installing all updates

So my menu currently looks after the installation of all updates. Temporary I
can fix the problem but that is not synonymous solution on permanence. So I
reported the bug

After the installation of the updates and a preupgrade from 17.04 to 17.10, the
following bug appeared, which was shown in the menu after the installation
according to a dashed line, a photo as a proof of this I added as an
attachment.

Solved I have only temporary problem in which I changed under styles from
breeze to breeze Dark and then changed back to Breeze (standard)
