STEPS TO REPRODUCE 1. Open system settings 2. Drag top panel of window and move it to the left side of the screen and then release mouse button 3. Now you have window on left half of screen, now drag the right side of window and try to enlarge window to right. And that bug describe copying between different windows and this bug describe copying in same window. >From my observations it looks like that shift status is controlled only when crossing the border between folder view and right bar. When rotating and saving on full disk you will get error message "Unknown error" and in error output in console is written "libpng error: Write Error" but original image is left intact. It was on complete new Fedora 28 instalation with no aditional software except firefox and updates. On picture 1 is icon form desktop folders from firefox window i have open when this happend. (not whole but most of the icon is from page firefox, first icon is part from avatar from one forum and second icon is "send" icon from that forum.) On others images you can see that others icons are wrong and on picture 4 is broken state and on picture 5 is normal state after restart. I can not always reproduce this issue because it takes few hours to happend but one condition to happend is rotate screen using "xrandr -o right" during work.
