Was this supposed to fix it in KDE neon as well? The bug is still there in
kdepim-addons 21.12.1-0xneon+20.04+focal+release+build55
Or should we open a bug against KDE neon as well?

[kdeconnect] [Bug 405847] SFTP transfer corrupts all files

I just tried again and I can't reproduce the bug with 1.16.0
But looking at the comments in this bug and the duplicates there doesn't seem
to be a consensus which versions are buggy.

Two ideas:
Is there any way to get the credentials out of kdeconnect (either side) and
connect to the phone with another sftp client?
Searching for sshfs and corrupted files leads to some issues which were related
to cache. Nothing which sound related to this problem but maybe worth a try. Is
there any way to manipulate the commandline options to sshfs to add "-o
cache=no"?

I can confirm this with KDE connect 1.15.1 on Android and 1.4-0ubuntu5 on
Kubuntu.
The only difference I see is that the corruption starts after 32768 bytes.

Tested with a binary file created with:
import numpy as np
dat = np.arange(100)
dat.astype('int32').tofile("filename.bin")

and comparing "hexdump -C filename.bin" before and after transfer.

Pushing the same file from the phone to th PC with KDE connect works without
corruption.

--- Comment #12 from Stephan Olbrich <stephanolbr...@gmx.de> ---
This is not working. Although I only selected the two http lines in
kdebugdialog5, disabled everything in kdebugdialog and only selected the dav
logs in kdebugsettings my .xsession-errors is getting flooded with debug
messages.
I also noticed that .xsession-errors seems to gets deleted on every reboot.

It is on a desktop with ethernet connection.
The caldav/carddav is from owncloud running on a server in the same network.
Is there any logging I could enable? Or logfiles to look at when it happens
again?

It just happened again, so I could check:
Both URLs are still in the file.
I then restarted akonadi and now the calendars are back, although with a

[Akonadi] [Bug 358329] New: akonadi keeps loosing caldav calendars

2016-01-21 Thread Stephan Olbrich via KDE Bugzilla
https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=358329

Bug ID: 358329
   Summary: akonadi keeps loosing caldav calendars
   Product: Akonadi
   Version: unspecified
  Platform: Kubuntu Packages
OS: Linux
Status: UNCONFIRMED
  Severity: normal
  Priority: NOR
 Component: DAV Resource
  Assignee: kdepim-b...@kde.org
  Reporter: stephanolbr...@gmx.de

I am using Kontact 5.0.2 with carddav/caldav on an owncloud server.
While the carddav address books are always there, akonadi keeps loosing the
calendar.
They are just gone without any error message.
I can re-add them by going to preferences of the owncloud address book and add
the caldav link again but it is kind of annoying. (And the color changes each
time but that is another bug/wish)

Reproducible: Sometimes
