Sorrry, it is SDDM.

Not to sure how to take a photo of it tho. It is really quick flashes of white,
usually after you you type the first letter to your password and whenever you
move your cursor.

only started after upgrade to kde 5.18
selecting on the desktop causes the wallpaper to flash black until wallpaper
disappears altogether
panel tears as well
