Oh I now get it :) It looks great, so that justify splitter is something like
this spacer what I wanted :)

I don't know, how does justify work, there are some justify splitters, but how
can move one plasmoid to the top and other plasmoid to the bottom?

I really wish to have this feature, because then I could make REAL Unity layout
(I'm Unity lover), it would be like (from top to bottom):

- Menu
- Pinned apps & running apps
- Virtual desktops
- Spacer (expanded)
- Trash (at the bottom)

[latte-dock] [Bug 403182] New: Add option to fill width of spacer

2019-01-13 Thread Tomsk
https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=403182

Bug ID: 403182
Summary: Add option to fill width of spacer
   Product: latte-dock
   Version: 0.8.3
  Platform: Other
OS: Linux
Status: REPORTED
  Severity: normal
  Priority: NOR
 Component: application
  Assignee: mvourla...@gmail.com
  Reporter: tomsk.slo...@gmail.com
  Target Milestone: ---

Hello, I love Latte dock, but I would like to set "fill width" to spacer.

Now we can set percentage or pixels for length of spacer, but it would be
great, if there would be another action like "Fill all available space", if you
check it, then spacer will extend to maximum available size of dock.

Hello, do you plan to create some modern look for this website? To look like
website from 21th century? :)

It is not hard, I would just use Bootstrap and it will look great + it will be
responsive design. I can do it, is this page open source? Somewhere on git?

I just installed latte-dock from repo, I use KDE Neon and autostart doesn't
work.

I went into Preferences and checked Enable autostart during startup and clicked
on OK, and when I clicked on OK, then that checkbox changed state to unchecked
and didn't save it.

Hello,

if I split view in Konsole, it just split view in same session.

I would like to see split view functionality in Konsole like in Terminator.

This split view functionality in Konsole is useless, because if I want a new
session I need to open a new tab, but I dont want to open new tabs, I hate
tabs.

So for now Im going to use Terminator.

Hello, thanks for reply, but what is status of this feature?

Because bug 357686 is quite dead, 1 year without update.

[ksysguard] [Bug 377666] Wrong memory values

2017-07-19 Thread Tomsk
https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=377666

Here is example that KSysGuard never shows 100% RAM usage:

http://i.imgur.com/kPKK0Sn.png

All system monitors (Gnome and Mate) shows 100% RAM usage (swappiness was set
to 0) and you can see that I had really 100% RAM usage because of swapping, but
KSysGuard shows that I have some RAM left.

Example

Hello,

I would like to be able to add separator (some kind of line) into Places (where
bookmarks are saved) for better clarity. :)

For example image:
http://i.imgur.com/6UqdeqO.jpg

Imagine that you could insert a thin line for better clarity (if you have so
many bookmarks) or add new section after Places called "Bookmarks"

Thank you

Hello, I found that in Plasma 5.9 there is Global Menu widget, but I have some
suggestions :)

1. Be able to show Global Menu only if current window is maximized else menu
will be on default position (in window)

2. Be able to add close, maximize and minimize buttons into Global Menu, like
in Unity on top left corner.

3. Be able to set that if you have mouse over Global Menu widget it shows menu
else it shows application name/title.

Thanks :)

stress

Hello,

I made a stress test for RAM and I monitored it using KSysGuard, Gnome System
Monitor and Mate System Monitor. As you can see on attachment, Gnome System
Monitor and Mate System Monitor shows true value (RAM full and SWAP too), at
that point OS froze and not responded for any inputs.

But KSysGuard froze at usage 1.7GB. So KSysGuard is showing 200MB-300MB less
RAM usage than is actual RAM usage.
