I discovery that remote smartphone touchscreen WORK with all limited and admin
login on UBUNTU 20.04, DOESN'T WORK with Ubuntu on Wayland! thanks!

SUMMARY

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. kdeconnect worked ubuntu 18.04 LTS (on limited user)
2. upgrade to ubuntu 20.04 LTS 
3. after system error report, remote touchscreen doesn't work with limited but
work with administrative login
