And just for clarity. I've probably did it differently the last time. IIRC I
just used to download files through FF, which is how I first noticed it. I've
probably also closed Dolphin through alt-F4, but none of this seems to
matter--I can reproduce it either way.

Video recording of the bug

Hi, I'll attach a log in a moment. In the video I've used mouse for everything
unless it's in the terminal, so all should be clear.

As for the instances this is what I got after the video, which I think should
list all opened Dolphin instances (if you're looking for something else please
let me know)

ps -aux | grep dolphin
d 55031 0.0 0.0 222316 2048 pts/2S+ 15:31 0:00 grep

Hi, this is how I can reproduce it a few times, each time I tried.

1. Open Dolphin with only 1 tab.
2. Create a file, Dolphin fill refresh correctly.
3. Open a new tab, has to be on the right from the previous one.
4. Close Dolphin.
5. Open it again.
6. Create a file, Dolphin will not refresh.
7. Refresh the folder manually, new file will show up.
8. The folder will also refresh correctly until Dolphin is closed again.

Hi,
1. Uninstalling GNOME Files didn't change anything.
2. When Dolphin --daemon is running "Open containing folder" in Spectacle
works. However it opens only that folder (my Dolphin is configured to restore
last used state). Additionally this msg. being displayed sometimes (only for
the first time after system startup, even when I kill Dolphin it's not shown
again):

Hi,

1. Output is empty
2. Yes, sorry--I should have checked before. No issues when using GNOME Files.
3. No crash is being recorded for Dolphin or anything else.

I've recorded the process and added as an attachment, as well as screen shot of
the flashing window. It does not look like my usual Dolphin, but it seems to be
it. GNOME Files is the only other File Manager I have.

Additionally opening the screenshot itself from Spectacle works fine. Going
Tools -> Open Default Screenshots Folder also works fine.

[kwin] [Bug 466495] Snapped window on one monitor extends 1 pixel to another

2023-02-27 Thread b2
https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=466495

Now I see that there are 2 points at which the window is snapped. Firstly the
window is snapped to the border of monitor correctly, but a delicate move
forward can push it to another, stronger snap point, at which it results in
what I previously described.
