Since about ten days - guess after updating system - konsole chrases all the
time after some while, maybe five minutes to some hours.
Even lookink for an reason, I can't see any dependency with user activity.

The crash can be reproduced every time.

Selecting URL  in FF or Kate pops up little balloon window, which offers :

Mit Konqueror öffnen [Open with Konqueror?]

In Clipboard Settings:
General: Ignore Images is activated
General: Ignore Selections is activated
Actions: MIME Type Actions is not activated

Also In Klipper Settings:
General: Ignore Images is activated
General: Ignore Selections is activated
Actions: MIME Type Actions is not activated

While this PopUp every other user action is blocks [therefore I can't even take
a screenshot]

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Select URL in Browser address bar or select an URL [e.g.
http://some.example]

Actual Results:  
PopUp with actions appears:

Mit Firefox öffen [Open with FF?]

Got some inspiration and stopped cairo-dock.

'Bug' is gone!

Haven't found settings for this in cairo-dock yet.

But it is not on Plasma!
