With the same transparency (about 60%), it looks quite nice if the background

Still happens with Qt 5.11 on openSUSE Tumbleweed 20180625



It happens with the Discover widget, Folder widget but not with Falkon,
Konsole, Dolphin.

Say, I have the `Meta+M` shortcut for `Maximize window` (in System Settings >

1, Open a wallpaper website in Google Chrome or Firefox.

2, Drag and drop the image to the desktop and choose: Wallpaper / Image from
the context menu

*** Expected Result:
- The desktop wallpaper CHANGES to that image IMMEDIATELY.

*** Actual Result:
- Nothing changes, the desktop wallpaper DOES NOT change.


I'm using: KDE Plasma Version: 5.9.4, KDE Frameworks Version: 5.33.0, Qt
Version: 5.8.0, all the other things are up to date on Manjaro KDE.

QT 5.7 causes that bug. (kdialog crashes)

AFAIK, in KDE Neon User Edition, Qt is provided by the package
libqt5core5a/xenial,now 5.7.1+dfsg-3+16.04+build5 which is an Ubuntu package,
not a neon one. So the question is: Is there anyway to upgrade Qt to 5.8 in KDE
Neon User edition 5.9.1?

kdialog will crash when execute this command from the terminal:
+ kdialog (no option)
+ kdialog --msgbox (have an option, but no argument)
+ kdialog --msgboxx "hello" (an wrong option)

Chrome/Chromium when download/upload makes kdialog crash too => can not
download/upload.

I'm using KDE neon User Edition 5.9 with all are updated to the latest version.
Please fix this bug. Thanks!

Please remove the depend: qtbase-abi-5-5-1
from the package: fcitx-frontend-qt5

Because libqt5core5a includes qtbase-abi.
It will prevent user installs the package fcitx-frontend-qt5.

I'm using KDE Neon User Edition.
