I don't think I have experienced that I am not able at to release the pointer
lock.

Unfortunately I am not very knowledgeable about compiling.

I use kwayland 5.48 and kwin 5.13.4 under Solus.

Please remove pointer lock if you won't add a disable feature very soon. The
lock behaviour is very limiting to the work flow.

I have been using 5.13 (now 5.13.3) under Arch and I have not seen this
behaviour anymore. If it is still present in 5.12.* I do not know.

When I right clicked the widget and could choose what itnerface to monitor I
could not see my wireless so I selected my ethernet which then suddenly made
the wireless show up.

I get this issue too in Solus OS when I use KDE connect and choose Browse
Device:

Error - KIOEXEC
A folder named /home/user/.cache/kioexec/krun/10889_0/ already exists.

If I remove the folder it still happens and creates a new folder.

Yes, is does happen in pavucontrol too. Is it an indication that this is
something that the Pulseaudio team probably should look into?

Martin, I apologise for the late reply. It seems that somehow the my computer's
stability (RAM?) affected the wayland session. Last time I tried it worked a
lot smoother but I remember it freezing after a while. I will try it out again
and supply you with the information you have asked for. Regards.

2017-04-07 Thread kde38
https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=378544

Bug ID: 378544
Summary: Wayland session crash with nouveau.
   Product: kwayland-integration
   Version: unspecified
  Platform: Neon Packages
OS: Linux
Status: UNCONFIRMED
  Severity: grave
  Priority: NOR
 Component: general
  Assignee: mgraess...@kde.org
  Reporter: rickard.gerths...@gmail.com
  Target Milestone: ---

I have tried to use wayland session with both an NVIDIA GT210 and a GTX580
using open source nouveau drivers but the session either crashes right away or
hangs/freeze when it has logged in or whn I click on the start menu button. The
start menu barely becomes visible before the system freeze. I have tried this
in KDE Neon, OpenMandriva Lx and Antergos and they all behave the same.

All the distros have been x86_64/amd64 and the X11 sessions works.

If you need more inforamtion then please tell me what I should provide and how
I will do that.

Regards.
