I have standard brushes in Dockers(right-click ui) but as there are NO tags
listed in the drop-down box I can't change brush-sets...

The brushes on the right click menu disappeared in 3.0

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.boot app
2.open or create image
3.right-click. No fx or other extra brushes show up



Showed all kinds of extra brush sets
