1.  Open remote file for editing
2.  Save changes

OBSERVED RESULT
The file ‘fish://...’ has been modified. Do you want to upload the changes?
Upload/Do Not Upload
Upload - >
Error: A file named fish://... already exists.

EXPECTED RESULT
Remote file changes are saved.

SUMMARY
When Javascript is disabled but some domains are allowed to run it, on first
page load the accept policy is ignored, eg google.com:
"Javascript must be enabled in order for you to use Gmail. However, it seems
Javascript is either disabled or not supported by your browser"
On page reload it works.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Disable Javascript globally
2. Add accept policy for a domain
3. Open page/domain

OBSERVED RESULT
The page Javascript won't load.

EXPECTED RESULT
Javascript loads

The preview in ark part works for xpi archives (left-click).

Maybe related, settings in Konqueror "File Management" don't have OK/Apply
buttons, only Trash has it, the only setting in sync with Dolphin settings.

Only the close button from the tab doesn't work (tooltip 'Close Tab'), the

Yes, in "Details" view I can also expend the directory content.

I have this issue in any server I tried, VPS/DigitalOcean or dedicated/OVH,

kio-extras-16.08.1, Sabayon (Gentoo)

Some directories are shown as files:  cron.d 
Some files shown as directories: run, tmp.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open fish://root@ip
2. Go to /etc
3.1. cron.d directory is shown as D source code file, when opening: "Could not
read file fish://root@ip/etc/cron.d"
3.2 Create file "run", shown as directory, open it: "Could not enter folder"
