STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Point the mouse or click into Weather Report widget in deskbar.
OBSERVED RESULT
The weather description next to weather icon is described as "not available"
(panel and tooltip) when using BBC Weather server.
EXPECTED RESULT
The description of the weather next to weather icon should be the same as shown
on the BBC website ("sunny", etc.).

SUMMARY
The integration with the software GIMP (version 2.10.14) has an error when I
open a image file using the right button of the mouse ("Open with > GNU Image
Manipulation Program"). When I do it, the color of "Dark theme" of Gimp becomes
mixed with its "System theme".
It doesn't occur when I acctivate the GIMP software and open the image file by
the menu bar.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Set in Gimp software the "Dark theme" in Preferences;
2. Click with the right button of the mouse in a image file and select "Open
with > GNU Image Manipulation Program" option;
3. The theme becomes ugly and mixed.
OBSERVED RESULT
The theme becomes ugly and mixed with the dark and system themes.
EXPECTED RESULT
The theme continues dark.
