SUMMARY
Microphone settings are reset after plugging another microphone with different
sound card. I don't know if its pulseaudio or kde bug, so i report here first.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Set your current microphone to some volume (ex: 35%)
2. Plug in another mic through different sound card

OBSERVED RESULT
Your primary mic now reset to 100% volume


EXPECTED RESULT
Each microphone should maintain its settings


SOFTWARE/OS VERSIONS
Linux: 5.13.12
KDE Plasma Version: 5.22.4
KDE Frameworks Version: 5.85.0
Qt Version: 5.15.2

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
I think i remember its working correctly months ago? (kde 5.20 or 5.21) but im
not so sure.
