Repos refreshed and system updated from the command line. Look like is ok.

Your Plasma and version is rather old for Tumbleweed. We're on 5.16.3 now. As
Kitsuna implies, it sounds like there's a problem with your repos. Can you

Hi there Pedro, Thanks for the bug report. Could you run "zypper refresh" in a
terminal to make sure your system repos are all refreshing properly?
