Wouldn't this KDE Qt patch collection be part of the Backports PPA for Ubuntu though, similar to all other KDE related packages? I have the PPA enabled but still get this issue. Since this bug is only cosmetoc, I think I'll wait for Ubuntu 22.04 to come out, and if it is still present, report it. If you're still seeing them, it means your distro is not using it, or has not updated it in a long time.
