Unfortunately PackageKit support in Discover is very poor due to a confluence
of factors that are 100% outside of KDE's direct control. So much so that we're
strongly considering labeling support for Arch in Discover experimental and
unsupported; see https://invent.kde.org/plasma/discover/-/merge_requests/829.
