Or the released 22.12 version? I ask because I cannot reproduce the issue with the latest tip of the release/23.04 branch and an identical setup (Wayland, 200% scaling). However I could reproduce this issue a few weeks ago, but it was later fixed with https://invent.kde.org/graphics/spectacle/-/commit/460c8857417434d396783400cc9b5755c3a05a78 which is on the release/23.04 branch. So I wonder if the problem will go away if you rebuild Spectacle from the latest state of the release/23.04 branch.
