I have implemented a function FaceTagsEditor::changeTag()(https://invent.kde.org/graphics/digikam/-/blob/gsoc20-facesengine-workflow/core/libs/database/tags/facetagseditor.cpp#L495), that can change the assigned Face Tag of a person.
