STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open Digikam 7.8.0
2. Click on the thumbnail of any image (or set of images) contained in an album
3. Click on "Light table"
OBSERVED RESULT
Images do not load.
There is a warning sign: "Failed to load image"
Most of the thumbnails usually appear; however, some of them do not appear,
too.
EXPECTED RESULT
Images should appear on Light table.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
I have been using Digikam for a while and had never had those problems before.
It started when some thumbnails would not open (even before trying to open the
images in the Light Table). Now, none of my photos appear in the Light Table.
