Add Bookmark Handling

Summary:
Add Bookmark Handling. Adds complete bookmark support as provided by
other KDE applications like Konsole and Konqueror. This allows you to
bookmark individual folders, create bookmark folders and open them.

Test Plan:
Go -> Bookmark -> Add Bookmark
Go -> Bookmark -> [Open the bookmark you selected]

KDE have great tool keditbookmarks for manage bookmarks, that is integrated in
Krusader.

Why KDE5 Dolphin can't do same thing like in Krusader and reuse keditbookmarks
api for create Bookmarks menu?

Just WOW, 

10 years and still no hierarchical bookmarks/favorites! A file browser with no
bookmarks/favorites except a minimal, unstructured, max of about 20 before you
need to scroll through reams and reams of single entries which just don't
count.

Maybe i can find a service or something, shall keep looking.

Konqueror has been demolished in 2016 to the level "unusable as a file manager"
(e.g. no terminal emulator more?).  We need hierarchical bookmarks  on the
dolphin to work productive.
