This bug is Qt related.
I'm now on Qt5.6. The bug is still present. Upstream the bug is discussed here
with a proposed solution: https://bugreports.qt.io/browse/QTBUG-45812

I can reproduce this always. I can not drag anything from dolphin to chromium
(google drive, gmail attachments...)
