I have the suggestions:

1. solution:
The terminal should be closed automatically while closing the Dolphin.
The Dolphin opens without showing terminal. You should press F4 manually, then
zsh theme shows correctly.

Or

2. solution:
The reopened Dolphin should always load the config of zsh properly.
