stacked multiple files drag icon

Attached pic shows an example multiple files being dragged; it shows the files
as a neat stack, which is less messy around the cursor than the current KDE
method. The attached PDF example is of PDFs but a generic stacked image, or a
generated mix of the mimetype icons for the files being dragged would be
equally good.

In the above screenshots the cursor doesn't seem to appear but that must just
be what Spectacle does, but the cursor was in amongst the thumbnails. If the
thumbnails weren't directly under the cursor also that might be good, in
addition to my above suggestions.
