one hour late.

Additional info:
* package version(s) 17.08.1

Steps to reproduce:
* Set Australia/Sydney as your time zone with timedatectl. At the time of
writing, this is Australian Eastern Daylight Time (AEDT).
* Start kalarm
* Create a new display alarm by pressing Ctrl+D
* Press "Ok" to accept the default values (1 minute).
* Expected result: Triggers alarm after 1 minute.
* Observed result: Triggers alarm after 1 hour and 1 minute.

Output of timedatectl:

>> timedatectl
Local time: Tue 2017-10-03 15:30:57 AEDT
Universal time: Tue 2017-10-03 04:30:57 UTC
RTC time: Tue 2017-10-03 04:30:57
Time zone: Australia/Sydney (AEDT, +1100)
Network time on: yes
NTP synchronized: yes
RTC in local TZ: no

I'm use Plasma.

In the"Time zone" tab of the "Date & Time - System Settings Module", the time
zone is set to
"Area: Sydney, Region: Australia/Australia, Comment: New South Wales (most
regions)"
In the "Date and Time" tab, the option "Set date and time automatically" is
ticked, and the correct local time is shown.

The plasma digital clock in the panel shows the correct time too.

In the Kalarm settings, "Time and Date" is set to "Australia/Sydney".
