Open Kate. Hit Ctrl-R to open the search and replace panel at the bottom. Enter
some text into Find: and Replace: fields. Hover the mouse cursor over Replace
or Replace All or Find All buttons - it does not change to Arrow-shape which is
confusing.

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Open Kate. Hit Ctrl-R to open the search and replace panel at the bottom.
2. Enter some text into Find: and Replace: fields
3.Hover the mouse cursor over Replace or Replace All or Find All buttons -
Actual Results:
Mouse cursor does not change
Expected Results:
Mouse cursor changes to Arrow-shape as in Kate from KDE4.
