1. I use the "French, Alternative" keyboard fr-oss both on Linux and Windows
10, which includes some special characters and arrows.
2. Accented capital letters work well on Kate, but if I try to write "œ" (the
Alt 0156) with "AltGr + o" on Windows 10, instead of typing the character, it
opens above the text a rapid search bar (see screenshot).
I use the last Kate version available on Microsoft store.
3. On Linux (Ubuntu 20.04) and Kate 19.12.3, no such problem : "AltGr + o" well
writes "œ"
Perhaps a shortcut on Windows overlays the character command ?
