I cannot reproduce the search problem, but I know there is an issue with
highlights and replace, if you have two unsaved documents In that situation
the Search plugin has a hard time knowing which file is which.

Then if you have selected search place to be in project-files or folder, this
unsaved file does not belong to any of them...
