This is affecting me as well. I am running arch linux, but I cannot see my
phone via kde connect when putting in the values, nor can it autodetect.

The Samsung SIII android phone had an update for KDE Connect as of 5:51 pm
Central Time U.S. 18 Jan 2016.

The phone and computer still did not pair.

The app in the Kubuntu Wiley computer was reinstalled.
