Will not work like this :-( I understand this would be a feature to develop : activate the possibility to pass through the access point connection to make a "kdeconnection". You can connect #3 (Computer) to #1 (Mobile with LTE internet connection ) by using Add Devices by IP in the KDEConnect App in the #1 device by using IP address of #3 .
