Using today's git build and effect "crop, scale and tilt" doesn't crash as
suggested. Could be marked as resolved.

Paul, I only see the "Crop, Scale and Tilt" effect, so I'm assuming this is now
the same the one you refer to. (I seem to remember that it has been renamed.)

I've tried to reproduce, but the current stable 16.04.2 and beta both don't
crash when setting the Tilt X effect parameter to 0. The image is moved
offscreen as expected.

Can you please check with recent stable 16.04.2 or current beta if you can
still trigger this crash? If not, I would like to ask you to be so kind as to
close this bug report. Thank you very much for your cooperation!
