Issues 3, 5 and 6 have been resolved in recent master builds and stable release
builds. Issues 1, 2, and 7 are still up for review and discussion. :)

@wegerf, the vertical scrollbar makes perfect sense: scrolling down goes down,
scrolling up goes up. However, scrolling up in the Project Monitor window,
timecode field below the monitor, in the time numbers and zone field above the
timeline tracks all move the timeline forward; scrolling down moves them
backwards. Do you think that the horizontal scrollbar should do the opposite.
To me, it seems really incongruent with the rest of mouse scrolling operations
within the timeline  widget.
