Fade is actually a keyframed luminance, and all keyframed effects fail on
tracks

Qubodup, I've just tried with recent beta 16.07.90: at least you can now delete
the effect from the track. However, you can't change its default value using
the slider, only using the frame spin box. In addition, it blacks the complete
track.
