Whoops, sorry, uploaded the file twice. I have now added date to every release
(1.0 or higher) and completed the changelog up to 18.08. Maybe later I will
email ttg...@gmail.com .

This has not been resolved. There exists a changelog that ends at 15.08 without
notice https://cgit.kde.org/kdenlive.git/tree/ChangeLog

We could put links in there but kdenlive is notorious at not keeping URLs
working :) just look at the last line, which links to
http://kdenlive.org/discover/0.8 (the reached target has nothing to do with
version 0.8).

I would love to add these myself but I doubt anybody has the time to teach me
git to the level of being able to do it.

Based on https://kdenlive.org/2016/12/kdenlive-16-12-released/ I made a more
readable changelog for the txt file. Duplicates removed, some more new features
found, removed fixes of bugs introduced while developing this release.

Later we can gradually update the other missing releases if I/somebody finds
the time and the Changelog txt file is still welcome. :)

So I humbly request that somebody adds the following to the Changelog file:

* Re-using image/title/color clips in library clip, will not create

Albert from KDE gave me some tips recently, so try something like this:

git fetch
git fetch --tags
git log --pretty=format:"%s" v16.08.3..origin/Applications/16.12 > log.txt

You will be able also to find these logs on the official KDE announcement and
on the website.

A changelog file is present in the repository, indicating it to be the source
of change log information. However it hasn't been updated since 15.12.

Please
a) update the file or
b) explain at the top of the file, how to get latest change log information
(I'm guessing this could be a quickgit.kde.org link that gives all the changes
for a specific release if that's possible or just a link to the blog, it at
least seems to have a log for 16.08.2
