STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Go to 'Project Bin'
2. Select either a MTS or an mp4 Video
3. Open Context Menu
4. Go to 'Clip Jobs'
5. There are 2 entries ('Automatic scene split' and 'Dublicate clip with speed
change'), but nothing like 'Stabilize'
