I have a similar issue every time I select "Search Recursively" in the Clip Problems window that pops up after opening a project with missing or moved files. A file browser (a KDE-styled one, not Pop!_OS's) appears with the missing files located, but Kdenlive's main window, the Clip Problems window, and the file browser all become completely frozen and I have to close the program by running "flatpak kill org.kde.kdenlive" in the terminal. I can reproduce if I try to set path in "Default Folder". This seems to be an issue with the folder select dialog (it is the same if you try the folder in Project > Archive Project.
